Thank you for bringing your question to dLife. You ask if a creatinine level of 1.8mg/dl is good or bad. You also ask if a Erythrocyte Sedimentation Rate of 31 is good or bad.

Normal range for creatinine level is 0.6 to 1.2mg/dl so your level is elevated indicating a problem with your kidneys.

ESR is a test that indicates there is inflammation in your system. This test is not specific. The normal range for ESR is below 15 for men under the age of 50 years and below 20 for men older than 50. For women a level below 20 is normal. This is a very non-specific test.
