You may be describing a condition known as retrograde ejaculation. This means that during male sexual climax little or no semen goes out through the urethra because it goes into the bladder. The pressence of semen in the bladder will not harm you. It mixes with urine in the bladder and leaves the body during urination. Men with diabetes are at increased risk of developing this condition, which may also be caused by some drugs and / or surgery on the male urinary tract. Symptoms include little or no semen being discharged during male climax, possible infertility, and cloudy urine that occurs after sex. Your best bet is to see a urologist if your family doctor cannot help you. You need a urological exam, testing (urinalysis, etc.) and evaluation to see if this is what is causing your condition. Maintaining good contol of your blood sugar may prevent this condition as well as all other potential complicatoins of diabetes. Good Luck, Donna Y
