Liz Quintana is currently coordinator of the Compton Nutrition Program Coordinator at the West Virginia University School of Medicine where she coordinates nutrition education programs for students, residents, and staff. She also provides nutrition counseling and diabetes education for patients and conduct the nutrition modality of the Dr. Dean Ornish Program for Reversing Heart Disease.
