I wake up @ 5:30 a.m., husband goes to work & I go back to sleep from 6:30 - 8:30. Should I test for FBS @ 5:30 or 8:30?

Lab results = 39% kidney function. Lisinopril dc'd x 3 weeks. No improvement. Now Metformin dc'd. How long before the Meformin is out of my system?

I'm taking 1000mg Metformin 2x day. Dr. wants to add Byetta to help me lose weight. My A1c is down to 7. Would Byetta help that much in weight loss?

Drug co. info says Simcor may raise fasting BG. I missed a dose. FBG was 99. On med, FBG is 134. Is that big a difference possible? No change in diet.

I ate pizza for dinner -- okay, a lot of pizza. For two days later my FBS was high -- 185. Is that from the pizza?!?
