Sheri Colberg-Ochs
PhD, FACSM
Sheri Colberg-Ochs, PhD is an exercise physiologist, author, researcher, and professor of exercise science at Old Dominion University and an adjunct professor of internal medicine at Eastern Virginia Medical School, both located in Norfolk, Virginia. Having earned her undergraduate degree from Stanford University and a Ph.D. from the University of California, Berkeley, she specializes in research in diabetes and exercise. She continues to conduct extensive clinical research specifically in type 2 diabetes and exercise with funding from the American Diabetes Association and others.
