How do you get back to living and feeling like its all worth anything? At close to 100 pounds to lose, bad joints, no real support at the house.. What the heck do you do to start feeling better??

Hi fozzynok,
You need to set small, realistic goals. Don't try to lose 100 pounds, try for 5 pounds. If you must remain seated while exercising, pick up some tapes from www.chairdancing.com. They are lots of fun. As for support, that can be a real challenge. We are all here for you. If you want additional support, come to www.dearjanis.com. We have a small, supportive "family" that you would LOVE to meet you.
Janis

I have no real goals right now other than to get in there and do something and get started. Getting started, getting over the feelings that its too hard now is the biggest threat to my success. Like lots of other people here, I have fought the weight game for a long time and had some successes and loads of failures. Now the stakes are higher, if I try and lose again, it may mean that there is no other chances.
