Hi everyone, I just wanted to let you all know that last week I got some very good news with my lab test results ( first since being diagnosed in June) but they were great ! My doctor was very very pleased with me and my accomplishment to bring my A1c down. My A1C was 7 in June and now it is 6.0. So I am pretty normal now, but want to be in the 5.5 or better for my next set of lab results when I go back in 4 months. I have lost 22 pounds and want to lose 17 more to my goal. I was so happy to hear this good news since when I left his office in June I was very shaken up and very frightened. I feel a weight has been lifted. My daily numbers have been very good too 80's 90's and low 100's for first am test. Just wanted to let you all know, since much of my success has a lot to do with my help here from you all. So from the bottom of my heart, MANY THANKS to you all.
Shelby :)

Thank you all sooo much ! Im sooo happy if I do inspire someone or many. I just know how much help you have all been to me, because in the very begining, as you all problably know by now lol ,,, I didnt know where to turn. So yes once you get your routine down and know what works for you, and you see positive results, it just makes you want to continue and do even better. And dont forget to test test test. All the answers are right here on this site. Have a wonderful weekend ya'll. :)

I am humbled by this Furball! :) Thank you my friend. I hope and pray I can help others when they read what a turn around in our health can be with just a few changes here and there in our daily eating and exercise routine helps so much.
