 Mom worried about the new Swine Flu vaccine.

Just wondering how other parents were feeling about the new Swine flu vaccination? We alway vaccinate against the "regular flu" but are worried about the unknown long term issues with the new vaccine. Just wondering how other moms and dads feel?

Is there a specific worry? Because this vaccine is just like all other flu vaccines. Only it's formulated to combat the H1N1 strain. If you're worried about that one, you should be worried about all flu vaccines.

I think that we are all a bit worried about this vaccine, primarily because it is so new. You can visit my blog, where I list a variety of h1n1 resources that have a lot of information about the vaccine, how it was made and online assessment tools. Also, yesterday on the iamenabled Facebook page I posted an interesting story that was done on Sunday's 60 Minutes that takes you behind the scenes of the making of the vaccine and interviews Kathleen Sebellius and some parents. http://iamenabled.com/blog/
