Impress your Valentine with this restaurant-like salmon dish – they’ll love it!

Sesame-Crusted Salmon

Ingredients:
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup sesame seeds
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
4 4-ounce salmon filets
1 teaspoon sesame oil
Cooking spray
2 teaspoons canola oil

Directions:
1. In a medium bowl, combine flour, sesame seeds, salt and pepper. Brush one side of each filet with sesame oil. Press oiled side of fish into sesame mixture.
2. Coat a medium nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Heat canola oil over medium-high heat. Place salmon filets crust side down into hot pan.
3. Cook on both sides for 3-4 minutes.

Nutrition Information: 282 Calories, 17g Total Fat, 3 g Saturated Fat, 77 mg Cholesterol, 280mg Sodium, 6g Total Carbohydrate, 1g Dietary Fiber, 1g Sugars, 26g Protein.
