Low-carb pastries?

Try this low-carb alternative to white flour.

tip.075.sour_on_pastriesSoybean flour can be a good alternative to the pastry problem. Most pastries are high in carbohydrates, but substituting soybean flour in your pie crusts is a great low-carb alternative. One ounce, or 1/4 cup, of soybean flour contains 7.5 grams of slow-acting carbohydrate. Soybean flour can also be used for breads and cakes if it's blended with eggs.
