What dLifers are saying:
I have lost 6 lbs. in about 8 days and I'm using about 25% of the insulin I was using. This is an incredible diet plan, and I'm very pleased so far with the results. Now I'm taking about 1 shot of Humalog about 7 units a day and have cut my Lantus in half also.
