I have been on this Weight Watchers program for a few months now. The weight has been lost and found over those months. Luckily more has been lost then found but it is definitely an up and down ordeal.

This Saturday's weigh in proved to be a very minor loss. It was only .4 lbs. Not even a whole pound! I was not happy but any loss is better then a gain. All day long I noticed that my shorts felt like they were going to fall off of me. For fear of looking like a dad trying to look cool with sagging pants, I continued to hike up my shorts all day long.

Well Sunday morning as I was getting ready for church I figured I should try using the next notch in my belt. When I pulled on my belt to put it on it easily pulled right to the next notch. The last notch.

When I started this weight loss journey this belt was almost taken out of my closet because I was on the very first notch and extremely tight! You know when something is so uncomfortable that as soon as you get home it is the first thing you take off? That was my belt. Some days I would take it off to drive home! And now this!

It was a good feeling to have this physical proof of loss. I mean, I know numbers on a scale are important but this. This is huge!

Maybe I should just invest in some suspenders so it doesn't matter how much I lose.

Nice!

Yay SuperG! (And aLOL at the suspenders. Get nice, snazzy blue ones with polka dots. Very Ninja-esque.)

the rainbow ones I have are more of the "rerun" style from What's Happening.

:)

G-MONEY!!!!!!!!!!! Way To Go!!!!
