(To the tune of "Jingle Bells")

Andy Bell, Andy Bell, Andy had a great holiday.
Even with all the food, sugars were good most of the waaaay. Hey!
Now it's time to get back to work and focus on fitness for the day..
Here we go, do a curl and burn that fat away. Hey!

(To the tune of "Grandma Got Ran Over By a Reindeer")

Andy had one day of high sugars,
Eating his face off with a jello mold.
You can say there's no such thing as hyperglucose
But as for this diabetic, I am sold.

(To the tune of "Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer")

Andy, the type one di-a-betic, has a very raw finger.
He pricked it so many tiiiimes.
Scars will surely linger.
All the other di-a-betics, I'm suuuure can relate.
Christmas time is the greatest.
Except when you keep filling your plate.

(To the tune of "Oh Christmas Tree")

Oh insulin, oh insulin, how you smell so poorly.
I hate sticking you in places, where I go potty.
My butt should be for me, and not for you
So stay away frommmm my hiney.

Oh insulin, oh insulin, how you smell so poorly.
I appreciate how you save my life,
So don't take it person-ally!

Being in the Christmas spirit and all, Brynn and I couldn't help keeping the spirit alive with our own diabetic versions of the holiday classics.

(Raise egg nog glass here) I hope you and your loved ones have had as wonderful of a Christmas as I did. Here's to good health and happiness in 2008.

Thanks for reading/singing, Andy.
