Wow.  What an unbelievable adventure life is.  I don't even know where to begin today.  I guess one thing that I wanted to share is that I recently moved.  Last weekend I was in a bad way.  It's no secret - just look at my past entries - that I have struggled with bouts of hard times.

 

So Saturday, after a few longs nights and hours of heavy contemplation, I packed up my stuff and left.  I needed to get out of my home town - away from some feelings that I've been struggling to overcome.  I had made a call that day to a guy whose number and add I found on Craigslist.  The add said that their was a room for rent near the beach in Florida.  I was sold.  I arrived on Sunday night after a total of about 18 hours of driving.

Perhaps I'm pushing the envelope a little too much here, but personally, I don't think so! Were all adults here,..RIGHT!? Although sex may not be one of our biggest concerns as diabetics, it certainly is just one more thing we have to think about.

I was searching around in my head for different things to write about today and then all of the sudden this video
popped into my head. I also got the inspiration for this post after I injected 15 units of fast acting insulin and, well, let's just say the mood hit.

I bet that if you're reading this you have had at least one experience with hypoglycemia while "in the moment". Am I wrong? Of course not, it's a part of life and being diabetic that's not very fun. (caution kids, it gets more awkward)
