We are almost two months into 2009, so I'd thought I'd self-asses how my resolutions are coming along. I've been slowly implenting them into my life in the past 7 weeks to avoid giving them up all together. I have to say, I'm liking the changes that I've seen in myself. Of course, there are some that I still need to work on though. So here's the rundown:

 

1) Exercise more: I haven't started this at all, which I'm greatly disappointed in since it was my top priority. I'm still planning to start jogging two times a week, but haven't found much spare time in the month of February. I'm still looking for a treadmill too. I know exercising will help me lose a few pounds, plus get my blood sugars into range with less need for insulin.
