Camp Adam Fisher is SC's largest camp for children with diabetes, their brothers, sisters and friends ages 6-17. We also offer a Counselor in training (CIT) program for teenagers ages 16-17. Camp Adam Fisher will be held July 27th-August 2nd, 2008, at the R.M. Cooper 4-H leadership Center, located on a 110-acre peninsula on the Wyboo Creek section of Lake Marion in Summerton, S.C., only 15 minutes from Interstate 95.

American Diabetes Association Camp Independence is a day camp program held in Greenville, SC at Camp Buckhorn inside Paris Mountain State Park. It serves children, ages 6 to 16, from all over the Upstate and Western North Carolina. Camp Independence provides children with diabetes and their siblings and friends four days of camping fun. Children participate in a variety of activities, including arts and crafts, sporting events, nature hikes and much more. Camp dates for 2008 are July 14 - 17. This year's camp fee will be $85.
