Elliott P. Joslin Camp - A resident camp for boys with diabetes program managed by the Barton Center for Diabetes Education.
Each summer 400 boys with diabetes join us on our 180 acre facility to meet new friends, have tons of fun and learn more about living with diabetes. Campers can choose from over sixty different activities such as fishing, kayaking, lacrosse, archery, tennis, hiking, ultimate frisbee, radio broadcasting and weekly dances with the Barton girls. Camp Joslin is staffed by medical professionals and counselors who also have diabetes and work hard to help campers learn about living with the disease. As many campers say, "Camp Joslin is a home away from home."
