May 10th 2007 - The Young Leadership Committee (YLC) of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF) is proud to announce that we will be hosting Spring for a Cure, our annual fundraising event. Spring for a Cure, our largest fundraising endeavor of the year, is a culinary, wine and spirits tasting event featuring signature products from fifteen to twenty top New York venues and vendors. Past participants include Blue Water Grill, Ruby Foo’s, Tavern on the Green, Dewars and Grey Goose. Festivities also include dancing, an elaborate auction and a sweepstakes. Camp Kyle is the only summer day camp for children with diabetes in all of New England. So please help us raise money to bring the magic of a typical summer day camp to a child with diabetes.
