Week 3 — Getting in Motion
Exercise is just as important as eating right when it comes to being healthy. Don’t forget to track your workouts using an Exercise Log. Commit at least 15 minutes a day to anything that gets your heart rate up. Also try switching up those old routines — your body needs variety in how it's worked. Here are things to do this week, along with some helpful exercise tips and information:
- Track your exercise with the Exercise Log.
- Share your thoughts on the new low-carb recipe you tried last week by posting on the group wall.
- Update the group on your weight loss, diet changes, and exercise programs by posting on the group wall.
- Try to add in a new type of physical activity each day (yard work and housework count!)
