Welcome to the dLife Tummy Trim Challenge. We’re happy to have you join us! Here is what you need to do to get started, along with some helpful information and tools:
Things to do this week:
- Measure your waist circumference just over the hip bones.
- Introduce yourself to the group by filling out this quick survey.
- Download this Food Diary worksheet and start keeping track of what you eat.
- Use this Food Look Up tool and know exactly what you're eating and its nutritional information.
- Commit at least 15 minutes a day to getting your heart rate up. To keep track of your workouts, download this Exercise Log.
