Ingredients | Makes Servings
16 oz fresh cod fillets , ling cod, Four 4 oz. fillets
1 pinch salt and pepper
14.5 oz Tomatoes, diced, with Italian herbs, canned , drained
0.25 cup canned black olives , chopped

Directions
1 Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
2 Place fillets in a sprayed 13x9-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
3 Spoon tomatoes and olives over top. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until cooked through.
