Directions
1 Strain pineapple, saving juice. Combine bananas, oranges, grapes, and half the coconut in a large bowl.
2 Drizzle the pineapple juice over the fruit and gently mix. Wrap with plastic wrap and chill no longer than 4 hours.
3 When ready to serve, drizzle ginger ale over top of fruit mixture and top with the rest of the coconut.
4 Garnish mixture with star fruit.
Additional Information
Serve this using a slotted spoon and top with whipped topping. Vary the fruit according to what looks good.
