Ingredients | Makes Servings
20 floz Pineapple, chunks, canned, with water
3 Oranges, navels, fresh, 2 7/8", peeled and sectioned
3 Banana, medium, fresh, sliced (firm)
1 cup Grapes, Thompson seedless, fresh (red)
1 cup Coconut, dried, flaked, sweetened, canned, divided
0.5 cup Soda, ginger ale, chilled
1 tbsp Star Fruit, fresh, cubes,

Directions
1 Strain pineapple, saving juice. Combine bananas, oranges, grapes, and half the coconut in a large bowl.
2 Drizzle the pineapple juice over the fruit and gently mix. Wrap with plastic wrap and chill no longer than 4 hours.
3 When ready to serve, drizzle ginger ale over top of fruit mixture and top with the rest of the coconut.
4 Garnish mixture with star fruit.

  Additional Information
Serve this using a slotted spoon and top with whipped topping. Vary the fruit according to what looks good.
