Ingredients | Makes Servings
6 whole loin pork chops, 3/4-inch thick
2 tsp vegetable oil
2 cup apple cider
0.33 cup stoneground mustard
3 fresh medium apples, cored, sliced 1/2-inch thick
0.5 seedless raisins
0.5 cup fresh chopped green onion
2 tbsp cornstarch
0.25 cup water

Directions
1 Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Brown pork chops and season with salt and pepper.
2 Combine apple cider and mustard; pour over pork chops. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Add apples, raisins and green onions. Cover; cook 5-10 minutes longer.
3 Place pork chops and apples on serving platter; keep warm. Stir combined cornstarch and water into pan juices; cook and stir until thickened. Serve sauce over pork chops and apples.

  Additional Information
Serve with hot cooked noodles and broccoli spears.
