Ingredients | Makes Servings
8 oz Pasta, bow ties, semolina, dry
15 oz Beans, black, unsalted, fat free, canned, rinsed and drained
16 pint fresh cherry tomatoes, halved
1 fresh limes (med)
2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
2 medium garlic cloves, minced
1 cup fat free Italian dressing
3 tbsp Cheese, parmesan, fresh, grated

Directions
1 Prepare the pasta according to package directions. Omit any salt or fat.
2 Put the beans, tomatoes, and pepper in a salad bowl. Squeeze the lime juice over the mixture and throw away the membranes.
3 Mix in the cilantro and beans. Add the pasta. Toss with the Italian dressing. Sprinkle the Parmesan on top.
4 Refrigerate, covered, for 8 hours.

  Additional Information
Try adding onions or jalapeños to kick it up a notch or two.
