Ingredients | Makes Servings
1 medium avocadoes , peeled
2 medium garlic cloves , chopped
1 medium limes , juice only
0.25 tsp salt
0.25 cup lowfat plain yogurt
1 pinch black pepper
2 pinch ground cayenne (red pepper)

Directions
1 Slice the avocado into chunks and place in a blender. Add the garlic and lime juice. Pulse until it becomes slightly chunky.
2 Add the salt, yogurt, pepper, and cayenne pepper. Blend until it becomes smooth.
3 Serve chilled.

  Additional Information
Try adding onions and tomatoes to kick up the taste.
