ginger root, fresh, slices, 2", peeled and coarsely chopped
Directions
1 Combine jelly and ginger in a pot and let boil over medium heat. Take off of heat and let rest until cool. 2 Pour jelly and ginger into sterilized jars and seal. Chill at least 3 days before using.
Additional Information
Use more or less ginger depending on what flavor you desire.
