fresh artichokes, cleaned and trimmed 0.33

light mayonnaise 0.5

dried dill weed
Directions
1 Wrap each artichoke in a paper towel and microwave until tender (about 10 - 15 minutes). Time varies according to wattage so watch carefully not to overcook. 2 Combine mayonnaise and dill weed. Serve as a dip with the artichokes. Serve artichokes warm or cold.
