Ingredients | Makes Servings
1 oz fresh cilantro , washed with excess water shaken off (1 bunch)
1 large garlic cloves , separated into cloves and peeled
1 tsp coriander seeds
3 whole jalapeno pepper
1.5 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 pinch salt (to taste)

Directions
1 Combine all the ingredients in a food processor. Grind fine. If it seems dry and not spreadable, add a few drops of water while blending. Keep refrigerated.

  Additional Information
S'chug can be used alone or as an ingredient in other dishes to add flavor and spice. S'chug keeps well for months in the freezer and can be refrigerated up to 2 weeks.
