1 Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. 2 Combine cream cheese, mozzarella, and Parmesan with 1/2 teaspoon garlic. Spoon evenly into bottom of a cooking spray coated 10 inch pie plate. Combine artichoke hearts and 2 teaspoons garlic. Spread over cheese mixture. 3 Whisk together milk, mayonnaise, sour cream, egg, and egg whites. Whisk in baking mix. Spoon batter overtop of artichoke mixture and bake 35 to 40 minutes. Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
