4 oz Cheese, gorgonzola, crumbled
4 oz fat free cream cheese
2 tsp brandy (optional)
0.25 cup chopped pecans, toasted
3 fresh medium apples, cored and sliced (red or green)

Directions
1 In a mixer, mix together the Gorgonzola cheese, cream cheese, pecans and brandy (if desired).
2 On a platter, mound the cheese mixture and surround it with apple slices.
