Ingredients | Makes Servings
1 Cooking Spray, canola, with butter flavor, 1/3 sec spray
6 oz Bagel, pumpernickel, classic , sliced crosswise into 4 slices (3 oz size)
2 oz fat free cream cheese
2 tbsp fat free sour cream  (Knudsen)
2 oz whole salmon , chopped (or smoked Nova Scotia)
1 tsp fresh chives
0.5 tsp fresh lemon peel , grated
1 tsp fresh lemon juice
1 pinch black pepper , freshly ground

Directions
1 Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.
2 Spray a nonstick cookie sheet with cooking spray and lay the bagels on top. Spray the bagels with cooking spray and bake for about 5 to 8 minutes.
3 Mix together the cream cheese, sour cream, salmon, chives, lemon zest, lemon juice, and pepper in a bowl.
4 Spread the salmon mixture over the bagels and serve.

  Additional Information
You can use wheat bagels instead of the pumpernickel bagels.
