Directions
1 Combine the arugula and walnuts in a large salad bowl. 2 Mix oil, vinegar, salt and pepper together in a small bowl. 3 Pour dressing over salad and toss before serving.
Additional Information
You can substitute any greens for the arugula, try a mixed green blend.
