Ingredients | Makes Servings
5 cup Greens, arugula, chopped, fresh
1 oz chopped walnuts, finely
1 tbsp Oil, walnut
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 pinch salt
1 pinch black pepper, freshly ground

Directions
1 Combine the arugula and walnuts in a large salad bowl.
2 Mix oil, vinegar, salt and pepper together in a small bowl.
3 Pour dressing over salad and toss before serving.

  Additional Information
You can substitute any greens for the arugula, try a mixed green blend.
