1 Cut nectarines in half, remove pits. Scoop out some of the fruit (very carefully), leaving 1/4-inch-thick shells. Chop the scooped-out fruit. 2 Combine in a medium bowl the chopped nectarine, chicken, cilantro, and chile sauce. Spoon chicken mixture evenly into nectarine shells.
