Ingredients | Makes Servings
4 Nectarines, medium, fresh (or peaches)
3 oz cooked chicken breast, shredded (about 1/2 cup)
2 tsp fresh cilantro, snipped
2 tsp Sauce, chili (or Thai garlic-chile sauce)

Directions
1 Cut nectarines in half, remove pits. Scoop out some of the fruit (very carefully), leaving 1/4-inch-thick shells. Chop the scooped-out fruit.
2 Combine in a medium bowl the chopped nectarine, chicken, cilantro, and chile sauce. Spoon chicken mixture evenly into nectarine shells.

  Additional Information
You can find Thai garlic-chile sauce in the Asian food section of your supermarket.
