Directions
1 Bring water to a boil in a saucepan. Mix in grits and salt. Decrease the heat, cover, and simmer for 5 minutes. 2 Take off of the heat and mix in the remaining ingredients except the black pepper. Let sit, covered, for 2 minutes. Season with black pepper and serve.
Additional Information
Try with 1/2 of a large onion bagel, 1 hard boiled egg, and 1 1/4 cup strawberries.
