Directions
1 Combine onion, parsley, thyme, salt, pepper, beans, and garlic in a food processor or blender. Pulse until texture is smooth and creamy. 2 Spoon bean mixture in a serving bowl and sprinkle blue cheese and bacon on top.
Additional Information
Serve this with tortilla chips, pita chips, Melba toast, or crackers.
For a healthier option, substitute turkey bacon.
This is also good as a warm dip: heat in oven until warmed through and cheese is melting, about 7 minutes. If serving warm, do not overcook bacon, as it will crisp more in the oven.
