Ingredients | Makes Servings
6 cup fresh green beans (string beans)
2 tbsp unsalted butter
1 pinch salt and pepper

Directions
1 Slice the ends off of each bean and place in boiling water for 1 minute.
2 Remove from the boiling water and place immediately in ice cold water to shock.
3 Drain and place in a skillet to reheat. Season with butter, salt, and pepper.

  Additional Information
Do not use canned grean beans.
