Ingredients | Makes Servings
1 large bananas
4 tbsp Topping, whipped, lite (Cool Whip Lite recommended)
1 cup plain nonfat yogurt (Greek style)
1 tsp vanilla extract (or rum extract)
4 Crackers, graham, original , crushed
3 Strawberries, fresh, medium, 1 1/4" , sliced

Directions
1 Place banana, 2 tablespoons of Cool Whip, yogurt, and rum extract or vanilla extract in a blender and puree.
2 Place 2/3-cup portions of puree in individual dessert bowls. Top with crackers, remaining Cool Whip, and berries. Serve immediately.

This recipe makes a great after-school snack.
