Directions
1 Place apples (with skin for more fiber) in saucepan with cider and simmer over medium high heat, uncovered, for 40 minutes. Stir to prevent sticking as needed, every 4 to 6 minutes. 2 Add cinnamon, nutmeg, and brown sugar until you have a chunky sauce.
