8.25 oz Beets, canned, drained, slices, diced
15 oz green beans, canned and drained
1 fresh medium apples, Granny Smith, peeled, cored and diced
1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp Vinegar, apple cider, filtered

Directions
1 Combine the beets, green beans, and apple in a serving bowl.
2 Stir in olive oil and vinegar.
3 Chill for 1 hour before serving. Serve cold.
