Directions
1 Begin by browning the pork chops and onion in a large skillet coated with cooking spray. 2 Combine the water, bouillon, and pepper, and then add it to the skillet. Cover, and bring to a boil. After it reaches a boil, reduce the heat, and simmer for 20 minutes. Skim off any fat. 3 Add the apple slices and cinnamon to the mixture, recover, and then continue to simmer for an additional 15 minutes. Transfer to a serving platter and serve hot.
