Ingredients | Makes Servings
4 Pork, chop/roast, center loin, lean, raw , trimmed (4-4oz. chops)
1 medium onions , chopped
1 cooking spray
1.25 cup water
1 tsp chicken bouillon
0.25 tsp black pepper
3 medium apples , peeled and sliced
0.5 tsp ground cinnamon

Directions
1 Begin by browning the pork chops and onion in a large skillet coated with cooking spray.
2 Combine the water, bouillon, and pepper, and then add it to the skillet. Cover, and bring to a boil. After it reaches a boil, reduce the heat, and simmer for 20 minutes. Skim off any fat.
3 Add the apple slices and cinnamon to the mixture, recover, and then continue to simmer for an additional 15 minutes. Transfer to a serving platter and serve hot.

  Additional Information
For a slightly different taste, try using a different variety of apple the next time you prepare this meal.
