Ingredients | Makes Servings
3 medium apples
2 cup Juice, apple, unsweetened, canned/btl
0.25 seedless raisins (or dried cranberries)
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tbsp cornstarch  (Clabber Girl)
2 tbsp water , cold

Directions
1 Peel the apples if desired; then core and chop coarsely.
2 Bring the apples, juice, raisins, and cinnamon to a boil over medium-high heat in a large saucepan; then reduce the heat and simmer for 15 minutes, or until the apples are tender.
3 Meanwhile, put the cornstarch in a cup; then add the water, stirring to dissolve.
4 Stir the cornstarch mixture into the apple mixture; then cook for 1 to 2 minutes, or until thick and smooth, stirring constantly. Serve warm.
