Ingredients | Makes Servings
0.75 cup plain nonfat yogurt
0.5 cup light mayonnaise
2 tbsp dijon mustard
2 tbsp cider vinegar
0.5 tsp salt
0.25 tsp black pepper , freshly ground
5 cup fresh shredded cabbage
5 cup red cabbage, shredded
2 cup shredded carrots
0.5 cup fresh chopped green onion
1 medium apples , cored and chopped (Granny Smith)

Directions
1 In a large bowl, combine yogurt, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, cider vinegar, salt and pepper, stir well and set aside.
2 In another bowl combine cabbages, carrots, green onions, and Granny Smith apple.
3 Add yogurt mixture, and toss well to mix. Cover and chill at least 2 hours.
