1 Bagel, garlic, classic (or onion)
1 Cooking Spray, canola, non-aerosol, butter flavor, 1/3 sec spr
1 tsp dry italian seasoning  (Emeril)
0.25 tsp garlic salt  (Lawry's)

Directions
1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2 Spray a cookie sheet with non-fat cooking spray. Using a serrated knife, slice bagel vertically into thin, chip-like slices. Arrange on cookie sheet and spray lightly with butter-flavored cooking spray. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning and garlic salt.
3 Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes or until crispy.
