Ingredients | Makes Servings
1 lb orange roughy fillet
2 tbsp light mayonnaise
1 tsp fresh lemon juice
0.5 tsp dijon mustard
0.5 tsp sugar
0.25 tsp worcestershire sauce
0.5 tsp garlic powder
0.12 tsp ground cayenne pepper (or to taste)

Directions
1 Preheat oven to 500ºF. Rinse the fish fillets, and pat dry.
2 In a small dish, mix the mayonnaise, lemon juice, mustard sugar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper, and lay the fish in an oblong baking dish coated with nonstick cooking spray, and spread the mayonnaise mixture over the fillets.
3 Let sit to marinate for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with paprika, and bake for 10 to 15 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork, and serve immediately.
