Ingredients | Makes Servings
1 cup mirin
1 tsp ground ginger
1 cup serrano peppers, chopped , minced
1 tsp minced garlic
2 fresh green onions , sliced
1 cup Beer, light
0.5 cup low sodium soy sauce
0.5 cup fresh cilantro , if desired
24 oz Beef, tenderloin, extra lean, raw , cut into 6 (4-ounce) fillets

Directions
1 In a shallow dish, combine together the mirin, ginger, Serrano chile, garlic, green onions, beer, soy sauce, and cilantro, and add the fillets, and marinate the fillets for at least 2 hours time permitting.
2 Grill, or pan-sear on a hot skillet about 5 to 10 minutes on each side, depending on how well cooked you like the meat, and serve immediately.
