Directions
1 In a shallow dish, combine together the mirin, ginger, Serrano chile, garlic, green onions, beer, soy sauce, and cilantro, and add the fillets, and marinate the fillets for at least 2 hours time permitting. 2 Grill, or pan-sear on a hot skillet about 5 to 10 minutes on each side, depending on how well cooked you like the meat, and serve immediately.
