Ingredients | Makes Servings
28 oz canned artichokes hearts, drained , finely chopped
4 oz canned green chile peppers , chopped
0.5 cup grated parmesan cheese
0.25 cup light mayonnaise
0.25 cup dijon mustard  (Grey Poupon)
1 Italian salad dressing, dry packet  (Good Seasons) (or garlic cheese flavor)
1 pinch hot pepper sauce
6 English muffin  (Thomas') , cut in half

Directions
1 Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and use a small bowl, and mix the artichoke hearts, green chilies, Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, dressing mix, and hot pepper sauce. Combine well.
2 Divide mixture on top of each of the split muffin halves, and place them on a baking sheet. Bake for 30 minutes, or until they are lightly browned. Cut each half into four pieces. Serve immediately.

Make ahead and refrigerate until ready to bake.
