Ingredients | Makes Servings
6 floz lowfat milk
1 medium eggs
1 SPLENDA® , packet
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 pinch ground nutmeg

Directions
1 Put milk in a mug and microwave for about 1-3/4 minutes.
2 Put egg, vanilla, Splenda and a pinch of nutmeg in the blender and "pulse" a couple of times to mix.
3 Add the warmed milk and blend for another 15 seconds or so.
4 Pour back into mug, sprinkle a little more nutmeg on the top.

  Additional Information
I don't even taste the egg in this drink! This is a great way to add some protein to my diet. Watch the temperature of the milk; if it's too hot and you let it sit for a minute in the blender before you blend, you might end up with a little bit of cooked egg in your drink.
