Ingredients | Makes Servings
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
3 tbsp red wine vinegar (or sherry vinegar)
1 tbsp orange juice
1 tbsp dijon mustard
2 tsp grated orange peel
1 pinch salt and pepper
4 cup Greens, arugula, chopped, fresh
2 cup fresh watercress, chopped
1 Onion, red, fresh, rings
0.5 fresh cherry tomatoes
2 tbsp sesame seeds, toasted

Directions
1 In a small bowl combine all the dressing ingredients and blend them together.
2 Toss all the ingredients for the salad in a salad bowl. Add in the dressing.
3 Serve on salad plate and add toasted sesame seeds.
