Reports to: General Manager, Healthcare Solutions
Responsibilities:
- Find and open new partnership opportunities in the managed care sector. This includes prospecting for new opportunities and developing relationships with identified leads.
- Build and aggressively nurture senior level relationships within key managed care organizations sponsors.
- Determine project scope, in partnership with Healthcare Solutions Client Services Team and dLife Editorial and IT teams and develop proposal costs and initial timelines.
- Develop and deliver proposals.
- Track and rigorously manage sales pipeline against targets.
- Provide ongoing account management during project implementation in partnership with Client Services Team. Help ensure successful project delivery.
- Develop and present follow on contracts to existing customers.
- Expand presence in managed care industry and reflect positively on dLife in the industry.
- Provide input to commercial and marketing strategies and product development.
Candidate Profile:
- At least 7 years selling a marketing driven solution across the managed care industry.
- Strong reputation and demonstrated success building high-level relationships.
- Creativity, energy, intelligence and business savvy to identify opportunities and structure and sell-in custom solutions.
- High level of business acumen, strategic and consultative selling ability.
Personal Attributes:
- Works well under pressure while maintaining a sense of humor.
- Confident, no nonsense, "get it done" attitude.

- Experience and working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Excellent writing skills

- Business/Marketing/or English majors preferred
Commitment:
- We are looking for a commitment of 15-20 hours per week, allowing flexibility for school testing and vacation schedules as needed

Ideal Candidate Experience & Qualifications:
- Experience with and advanced knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign
- Experience creating web pages and/or emails using HTML & CSS
- Ability to animate and use basic ActionScripting in Flash
- Highly creative with excellent attention to detail and follow-up
- Works well under pressure and thrives in fast-paced environment
- Online portfolio and/or samples of work must be submitted to be considered for position
Compensation:
- We are looking for a commitment of 15-30 hours per week, allowing flexibility for classes and vacation schedules if needed
- dLife interns are compensated on an hourly basis at market rates
