Which Supplements Work for Diabetes?
New studies come out every day reporting that this or that substance lowers blood sugar, increases insulin sensitivity, or improves cholesterol levels. But just as many studies come out showing that these same things don't work. Wouldn't it be nice to find a natural, side-effect-free supplement that would noticeably improve your health? It's not so far-fetched an idea. Take the dLife quiz and find out which supplements work for diabetes and which don't!

I want to know about Cinnimon and cloves.
- how to use them
- how much to use (dosage)
- how do they effect blood sugar levels,
are there negative factors associated with
the use of either or both.
thank you for your help.
